Our proprietary manufacturing process takes the (No Foam) hollow wooden Surf/SUP board manufacturing process from a tedious 40-80 hours down to just 24 minutes.
Our manufacturing process allows us full industrial scalability with a production capacity of 1,500+ boards per month. As there is a global movement toward eco-friendly products, we believe our manufacturing process is positioned well to partner with a leader in the board space.
We offer white label manufacturing of Surf, SUP, and WakeSurf boards. We support customers with their choice of wood vaneer with a wide range of textures, colors and apperances.
